One day, after a horrible snowstorm, four men went out to find food. They traveled for days until the found something. A giant tank looking rock stood before them. They examined it closely wondering what it was. One of the men opened a door on top and found food. They celebrated, and feasted day after day about their glorious find. They sent one of the men back to tell their family. They waited for help, but no help came.

My clay pot is very unique. The colors turned out just right, with its elegant green and wonderful yellow. I would have changed my top because it doesn’t fit perfectly, but I love the rest of it. I thought the bumpy, and unsmooth surface was going to turn out bad. After I added the glaze I saw it portrayed an ear of corn. The very top has no color but it makes a good gripping spot. Though after the troubles, it turn out perfect.
I chose my theme because I love my grandpa and grandma and they love to farm. When I was building my cup I face a problem of having a bad lid. I fixed it when I finished so it wouldn’t be deformed. My original idea was a bowl for Legos but I couldn’t bring a Lego minifigure to use as a model to put molds in my clay. So I decided to make a gift to my grandpa and grandma. I plan on coloring the corn yellow and color the husk green. That is my clay cup.
My Pinwheel My pinwheel is really neat. I made it out of Legos. I chose this theme because I want it to symbolize peace. A peace that shows the world being built together in peace. Just like Legos. Although Legos fall apart, the world in peace should not. When I was building this pinwheel I encountered some problems. One was it wouldn’t catch the wind and I knew I couldn’t fix it. So on the back I put a propeller that attached to my pinwheel. After other small modifications I finished my pinwheel. It works because of some spinning parts. Although the front won’t spin in the wind the back should. I wouldn’t change one thing about my pinwheel.
